  • Fees paid to promote or feature listings are non-refundable, even if the listing is removed for violating policies.

  • Users are responsible for ensuring their listing complies with all rules before payment is made.

6. Safety and Transactions

Fefxac does not guarantee:

  • The identity or integrity of users

  • The quality, legality, or condition of items/services posted

You are responsible for safe transaction practices, including:

  • Meeting in public places if exchanging goods

  • Verifying products and documentation before payment

  • Avoiding advance payment to strangers

Fefxac will not be liable for any fraud, loss, theft, or damages related to user transactions.
